No one likes to be on a diet.

 

Dieting usually means sacrificing or restricting foods we love and/or foods we were ‘told’ are ‘bad’ when wanting to lose weight (like carbs!), being hungry and irritable, and worst of all, the gains that were made when dieting often reverse back to where we started - and then we diet again.Wouldn’t you love to never diet again?

 

Wouldn’t it be great to:

  • Be able to eat your favorite foods

  • Not feel burnt out and frustrated with dieting

  • Be really happy with how your body looks and feels

  • Not to be stressed about what food to eat or not to eat

And most of all, why did we give up on all the diets we followed in the past and continue to chase the newest ‘fad’ diet - only to not be able to maintain long-term forever results? Our bodies (and souls!) don/t respond well going on and off diets over and over again. Not only is it stressful on our bodies but it is exhausting. And confusing.

 

And depressing.The goal should always be to

  • Not have food restrictions

  • No longer think of food as ‘good’ or ‘bad’

  • Be strong, vibrant, and full of vitality

  • Have more energy, better sleep, greater focus

  • Feel more attractive and love your body

 

This is where coaching comes in. I will connect with each client on a personal level. I will provide you with a customized plan defining nutrition and exercise that is simple and easy to follow with weekly check-ins.

Coaching Plan

Working with a nutrition coach will reverse feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, hopeless, and confused to empowered, energized, strong, healthy, and in control of your body again. 

I specialize in supporting menopausal women who are struggling to recognize themselves and get back to feeling like themselves again.

Phase 1: The Restoration Phase

Physical Restoration - Low complexity, low stress, skill building

  • Improve energy and sleep

  • Decrease bloating 

  • Improve digestion

  • Decrease hormonal symptoms

  • Boost metabolism

  • Stress Management

  • Prime the body for the fat loss Phase

Phase 2: Preparation

increase skills and knowledge

At this point we will have increased your metabolism, obtained proper nutrition knowledge, and have incorporated strength training. This phase prepares your body for the deficit/fat loss phase.

Phase 3: The Deficit: Fat Loss

You are ready! We worked hard together to prime both your body and your metabolism. Crazy enough, this phase doesn’t mean cutting our all your favorite foods; rule of thumb - you can have whatever you want just not all at once. 🙂 Even during fat loss, the goal is to continually ensure that all the results you gained in Phase 1 and 2 are maintained (sleep, digestion, energy, hormonal balance)

Phase 4: The Exit Plan: how to maintain forever

Coaching doesn’t stop after fat loss. I will teach you how to come out of the fat loss phase gradually without gaining weight back - so you never have to diet again. This is so important for lasting success. You will have all the tools you need in order to be successful on your own!

Why Me as your Coach?

I am you! I have successfully followed this approach myself. I not only talk the talk but am walking the walk with you.

 

I have been helping women since 2019 feel their best in achieving overall physical and mental wellness. I strongly believe in serving others and am dedicated to fully supporting my clients.

I am a 62 year old menopausal woman. I am a breast cancer and brain tumor survivor. I have been through my share of trials and after trying many different routes, finally  found THE way back to health and wellness. I am passionate about helping  others do the same.

​

I am both a certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Mental Wellness Practitioner. I live in Oregon.
